The animated version is better the actors are great but the way they went about with the movie is terrible

80% of the first part sucks and the last 20% is great though honestly that is where all the juicy quality fights are i do not reccomend this to people new to the series because you are not going to understand it at all unless you played as well experienced every other kingdom hearts game to understand this game to enjoy it the full authentic way to be honest this is mainly catered too hardcore fans and just saying the cat thing that explains the whole kingdom hearts game series from before is so so annoying so if you want to catch up to the story without playing the games or without listening to the stupid cat you can look up cut scenes on youtube so you can be watching them like movies or look up a video that explains the whole series before kh3 so before you play it you will be ready to get a full understanding of the series at the end main part of the game that makes it shines the most when everything in the story just links together that is the point that makes this game worth it
