Not worth time or money. They made AW uninteresting, unlikeable and boring. You will gain nothing from watching this movie. It has content the equivalent of white noise. The only interesting character was the bird.

Steve Carell is at his finest when acting more sober roles such he does in The Patient. The suspense building up over the episodes was powerful. I'd be desperate for the next episode to drop but knew it would be one step closer to the end of the show. I felt sad when it it was over. I enjoyed it a lot even tho it was dark. One of the better new shows to hit hulu, or any platform. They need to produce more good tv like this.

Started at a high ish 3 stars first 6 eps of season one if you can ignore the acting. Went downhill fast from there once they added more crimes to solve. Season 3 hit rock bottom when they threw Reba McEntire into it I assume hoping to revive it. Truthfully I should have quit it in season 2 but was still invested in finding out what happened to the creepy sociopath guy with mother issues. This is nothing but a silly soap opera that makes it clear that with a transparent theme of how men are constantly trying to oppress women and women are the only ones with brains. And, hey, it's nice to see it for a change but gets very silly and is so ham-fisted. The number of people being murdered, shot but live, etc is crazy silly. The two main characters are terrible actresses. The blond one is REALLY bad. I dunno. Watch it, don't, I don't care but you'll prbly be a few IQ points less afterwards

It wasn't scary, it wasn't funny and I had no emotional investment in any of the 2-dimensional characters. I'm baffled why this has such a high rotten tomatoes score. Predictable, trope-y and phoned in, there's really nothing special about this movie. I've read some consider it satire? If that's the intention, it is so subtle, it's barely detectable. As for the horror genre label stuck on it, again, it doesn't go far enough to justify it. Maybe to kids it would qualify as a horror film. I'm never trusting rotten tomatoes again. It is seriously flawed.

There is absolutely nothing about watching this that will add or subtract anything about what you already know about Di. Prepare to watch Kristen Stewart in full sad sack face, indulge in silly tantrums, bulimia and moan about her life. Every one is unlikeable in this film. There's no nuance. Royal family bad. Diana sad. The music scoring and symbolism is about as subtle as a mack truck. 90% of the orchestration is dissonant, horrid, nerve grinding violins grinding away. Oh and the poor sad sack pheasant, "beautiful but useless," is shown run over in the opening scenes. Hmmmm...what might that symbolize. Kristen S. doesn't deserve an award for playing sad and breathy the entire time with absolutely no range. The movie was a stinker before they even started filming. Why sign on? This is an embarrassment.

So boring I'd have rather died of dysentery on the Oregon Trail. The vomit-inducing "poetic" narration by an angsty teenager is its fatal flaw but certainly is compounded by Faith Hill's attempt at acting, the glacial pace of the plot and the plethora of unsympathetic unlikeable characters we are supposed to care about. How did this get such good reviews?

I wanted to like Kaleidoscope but found it tedious and boring. The main characters were not likeable and I didn't feel emotionally invested. The only two characters I liked were Hannah and the kid who built their get-away truck (J.D.?) and they were not heavily featured. Also, who did the wigs for this show? Appalling work on both men and women alike. The random approach to watching the series ended up not creating momentum or interest in what's to come. I think, even if watched in order, there's a lack of momentum, but especially if seen randomly. The gimmick of randomly choosing a "color" episode for you is the show's downfall. What a waste. There were some really great actors in it.

Enjoyable and positive. Loved the personal stories and the music. I think it was a mistake to rush with the debut concert because the choir and soloists were clearly not at peak performance ability. I guess they rushed it for the sake of the series but it was a bit awkward to watch. From the clips after the last episode you could hear that they had improved significantly. You can have the greatest 75 singers ever but to throw them together and expect it to gel into a choir in a few weeks is just a recipe for failure. I would have loved one more episode that had scenes of their performances with Pharrell and as a more cohesive group. Amazing talent.

I'm not clear on why this show is so popular. It's a YA tv show with delusions of its own importance.The characters are unlikeable, the conflicts are either predictable or so convoluted as to be silly. It tries desperately to be edgy and mysterious but at the end of the day it basically is a cobbled together mash-up of elements of other former hit shows banking on no one noticing its total lack of substance. It's not edgy or new. It's not deep. It fails to elicit any sort of investment in its characters. And the biggest lie from the show runners is that there's actual meaning or artistry in the storylines. Reading interviews with the showrunners insisting they're trying to illustrate anything meaningful here is as laughable as asserting Teletubbies is a show that forces us to grapple with deep philosophical questions.

I'm giving this 3 stars because I believe the movie was meant to tell their story but really tried to illustrate the experience of living in their private world. It's missing any sort of insight or explanation of what was really the cause of these girls' issues. I realize at the time there was no understanding but surely now an expert could give us an idea of what may have been happening. This could have been accomplished by starting in present day, a fictional researcher fascinated by their issues who is looking to unravel its mystery. Then the movie could focus on their lives with minimal present day insights from Fictional Researcher from the present day. My suspicion is that this is meant to be an "art" film. You know, the ones that are given film festival awards but leaves the general public scratching their heads. The problem is, as every day people, we expect to be given an interesting story rooted in some understanding. I'm on the ordinary person's side. The pace of this was excruciatingly slow. It was dark, sad and disturbing. There were no moments of light to give us a chance to come up for air. This movie is art for art's sake. Period. It's not thought provoking about social injustice or mehealth/criminal reform. No thought is given the viewer like some understanding of the girls' speech quirks or motivation for t heir actions when they're older. I didn't go lower than 3 stars because it's a sad, worthy story just poorly told. I'm planning on reading the book. I hope it's more informative.
