This show is a lot of fun to watch. Today, I would like to send my Special Thanks to Marc Murphy who finally taught me how to make an easy and delicious Carbonara. I had been strugling with more complicated recipes, cream, garlic, peas, etc., to mixed results and pretty much gave up. Marc Murphy's instructions were impeccable and to the point. Thank you again, Marc Murphy, for this gift! Of course, I really also enjoy watching Guy and all the talented chefs. So much fun and I'm learning a lot!
