Judy Delorme

I just love this series, especially Ricko DeWilde - he personifies the word "survival". He is the only one who was born and raised on this land and, although his life was tough and sometimes tragic, he remains touched by the joy of the happy times he shared with his family. His are the skills that are innate to this land, and his are the skills I pay attention to learning--just in case I ever need to survive up there (or anywhere)! I love it when Ricko tells stories about his childhood--and I can see how painful it is becoming to remember both the good and the bad. Reliving the memories will be liberating for him. I admire him so much for sharing with us his family life. Please let us share more!
