Whilst The Last Of Us 2 needs small amounts of work in some places, it is a very well made game. It tells a much grittier story than the first Last Of Us game, but that’s just how the Last Of Us universe is. It embellishes in a dark, sad, storyline, one which points out each and every flaw in each individual character, and takes the time to develop their personalities, including their strengths and their weaknesses. The game brutally exploits these said strengths and weaknesses in a way which really comes to show how broken the world is by this point in the mutant apocalypse. This is why I believe The Last Of Us 2 is such a good game, because it fully explores the reality of its gritty, dark, and sad world, ravaged by its human and mutant inhabitants alike.
