Major cock up in episode 9. In ep. 1 we see Harrow drop the bone shears into the river after cutting off Quinn's finger. In ep.9 we see footage of Fern earlier(but after Quinn is already long dead) trying to sell the surgical kit, and the bone shears are still in there, the pawn shop guy is handling them. When did Harrow replace them? Later in ep. 10 he says that he dropped them up river. So, did he drop them in the same location as he dumped Quinn, as we see in ep. 1? Or did he drop them up river later, after he had bought back the kit when Fern tried to sell it?
