I would give 2 and a half. It was ok, kinda dumb, but ok. It had too much unnecessary comedy that made the movie idiotic. For a kids movie, it is much better than other sequels such as Frozen 2, and Trolls: World Tour. But still not the best. I also found the extreme use of Title cards to be a little annoying. Not enough to bring it down much of a rating. My rotten tomatoes rating is 61% rotten tomatoes.
