The only good thing about this show is the concept. "What would it be like if He the "Christ" were to come and live in this world today". It was also intriguing that he would come as a Muslim (strange, but okay maybe there is a deeper meaning behind it).
The plot line dragged way too long, the featured character is the complete antithesis of who he is suppose to portray, and although the character does say "...forget about what you know in your scriptures", that does not mean that the character should ignore all of the traits that are consistent with EVERY Prophet in all of scripture. He abandons the people who supported and believed him, he lets people die instead of healing them (OK he only saved three people in the entire series), he shot a dog in front of a scared little boy, the plot lines didn't make any sense it got more and more confusing as time went on (It jumped all around from issues in the middle east, immigration, American imperialism, faith, and terrorism), and the featured character had a strange fixation on this troubled girl from the mid-west, who he like everyone else eventually abandons. Then there was this strange story about a Syrian boy, who got naked and liberated the Palestinian people? (IT MAKES NO SENSE!)
It's a complete mockery to American values, to Judaism, to Islam, and especially to Christianity. The theme of this series states that if you are a believer in any faith, then you will be let down, because the featured character let down everyone who trusted him. He even let a little girl die and destroyed a family. This show lacks a clear plot, goes all over the place with no clear point, and at the end makes no sense. It made such a mockery of faith and of God. If you're a "Christian", and you like this show then I pray you learn discernment, because the days of deception is coming and without understanding and the spirit you will be whoa-fully deceived.
