The Movie has been out since the 90s and I am just viewing it for the first time. I guess that is truly a time and place for everything under the sun. It was a most rewarding movie for me. I had just written a sequel of essays about voting rights and my experience with that fight...entitled"The More Things Change The More Things Stay the Same". The contents and the theme of the movie prove that to be so true. Blacks are still being killed by people in power, and no one is being charged. I was blessed by the movie. I will be watching it again with my team.
