The premise was interesting but the execution was a total letdown. I had no idea what the hijaker's motivation was. The kid was annoying. It's not clear whether the doctor she was flying over to see knew that she was a vampire. At the end of it I was surprised to see I was actually watching a zombie movie because that's how they started acting.
