I didn't expect much from this movie. But actually really enjoyed it. Yeah I know the themes are nothing new. AI taking over and destroying humanity etc. But it was fun if you don't over analyze everything. And I don't get people saying it was slow paced. It was pretty action packed.

Overall I really enjoyed this movie. The interesting thing was that I found myself thinking certain things didn't make since. (Like why he kept driving the same car) a man with his experience should have known better etc.. but after the twist it all made sense. Like others have said a sequel would be interesting.

I thought it was an enjoyable movie with good action, acting, and a good story. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the is one thing in the plot that takes a lot to buy it as plausible. Namely the aliens being that big of a threat. There was nothing about them that would make them any real threat to most military forces in the world today. Let alone in 2051. The movie acted like the only weapons we have are assault rifles. But if you can overlook that then it's worth watching.
