Just love the doctor. He has completely made psychology an accepted subject throughout the world. His program to help all his guests is one of a kind for sure. Truely a needed force in society. The more I watch the show, including countless hours of reruns, the more disturbed I become. I'll just say he seems to be "proud of the way he turned out". He's used that phrase sarcastically towards some guests yet he displays just as much arrogance. The doctor claims to treat all guests with "dignity and respect" then says to a guest, "look lady it's your daughter" and "I'm going home tonight either way". Talks down to addicts. Says he should recuse himself yet never does. How arrogant is that? Absolute double standard.
