Creepy and low key and not over-the-top like many ghosthunter shows.

Cool plot but the acting definitely subpar. I was enjoying more the fact that it was filmed in my town, Victoria, BC and recognizing all the locations.

Good mystery/thriller but I found the main character, Melody grating on my nerves. She spends the whole movie running around knocking on doors, neurotically being a control freak, and accusing all the residents of being bad people. Definitely a woman on the verge of a break-down, but done in a very bad one-dimensional way. In fact you won't find any real depth to any of the characters here. Bad acting? Yes, but probably bad screenplay and directing too. 🤷‍♀️

Haven't seen a rabbit this creepy since Donnie Darko 😦
