Just watched the documentary. Was very touched by it. It hit home in so many ways for me. I too grew up in a household filled with so much abuse and learned later in life that talking about it to anyone who would listen helped me. Don't be ashamed. Never be ashamed. It was them not you. We are survivors and we will continue to be survivors. Stay strong. JK
