For a series called Alien Worlds, it's much too stuck on earth. Very insistent on justifying itself. Two to three-fourths of each episode are spent on real world examples, only occasionally broken up by fleeting, repetitive, uninspired, and seemingly shallow speculative alien ecosystems. If you've seen other works in the same vain don't bother with this one.
