I do have an affinity for FF7, it is my favorite game of all time. So I do have a high standard, and was worried that Square would mess up this release. This game is very good, there is humor and sadness, beautiful scenery, excellent music, a brilliant deep story, with great side content to keep you busy, as well as challenging bosses that require you mashing more than 1 button, and using your brain. It takes you back, but it is stunningly beautiful, and the game truly allows you to make a connection with the characters. I have not been let down, and simply cannot wait for the next episode, even though I fear I may shed some tears when I play that one. Great work Square, this game is epic.
