I feel your story U N being a legally binding contract seems to exclude USA and ISREAL, they don't seem to care about following or penalised for taking up upon them selves.lets not start brain washing kids.in fact they really can't do much at all weather in wars, in genocide or culling whales,dolphins on international waters apart from extorting money from small island nations to be included. Still to now these fishing villages depend on fish for their Life support, they allow trowllers to to dragging nets into the ocean bottom with their nets damaging the ecosystem for those island countries
