What a terribly directed movie. And the acting was sub par. A couple of well known actors in the movie. I quess they needed the money as their performance were God awful. Not to mention the plot. The mother was knocked unconscious more times than l could count. Don't waste your time watching this movie.

I know why I am not in the film industry. This movie won Oscar's and other awards. It was a short, acting was just that, acting. Put me in zero gravity and I will act clueless and have the need to throw up. Just like Bullock performed. So if this acting at its finest and I get paid 20 million upfront, then sign me up. I know for sure that I won't lose any bolts. Can't imagine what a real astronaut thought of such a bad,sad attempt of portraying their profession. Guess I will stick to my career cause I can't tell a good move from a horrible one.

One of Julia Robert's best performances, you can't deny her work in this film. A tough shoot, done in four countries. A must watch.
