Samya al-haj

I love Saorise Ronan and I think she is a great actress, but this film was not for her. The premise was confusing and extremely boring. Like most people who reviewed this film, I was honestly very disappointed. I couldn't feel any empathy with the characters, the film seemed disconnected and didn't did not live up to the promised captivating plot. Don't waste your time watching this, it's based on a novel so read that instead.

What a gripping series! I was honestly sceptical at first when I saw that Steve Carrell was going to be in it as I've only seen him on funny roles. In this thriller series, you can almost experience the tension, anxiety and fear that Dr. Strauss (Played by Steve Carrell) is going through. And don't even get me started on Sam (played by Dom), with his lack of empathy and dual personality (as a serial killer and the nice guy at work!), can make you feel extremely uneasy. It really makes you think that although you can work with someone for years, you will never really know what they are like. I love the fact that each episode is just over 20 minutes. Short, gripping and will have you at the edge of your seat! Highly recommend.

I throughly enjoyed this film. Not the usual Bollywood I'm used to. But it was an entertaining dark humour with few plot twists. I highly recommend it.

Anthony Hopkins and Olivia Coleman are a great combination. This was a really touching film. It was well written and directed. Anthony Hopkins' performance was spectacular. Is there any role this man can't do?

What a brilliant movie! The writing was really good. The acting was amazing. I'm not really a fan of Dakota Johnson's acting skills, but her acting in this film was really a tep up from all her movies. Casey affleck was also great, he portrayed the griefing husband extremely well. And Jason Segel really proved himself in this film. The film is hard to watch, especially if you dealt with a family/friend loss through cancer. But the film also shows you the rare quality of some people in such a situation. I was really engrossed into it,and 2 hours passes and I didn't notice it. Its a good watch.

This was a great series. I was hooked from beginning to end. This is one of the very few series that left me very sad when it ended. The ending was really unexpected for me. Great choice of actors, and excellent writing. Every episode was just so heavy and the final season took a very deep dark turn. I enjoyed it thoroughly, so much so, I binged all 4 seasons in a week.

Really great acting. Extremely emotional, intense and very frustrating at times.

This is an absolutely great show. The writers are a pair of geniuses.
