It has convincing love theme besides warfare images . The two have intelligently stitched. How a common man by profession as soldier sandwiched between the two ideas of life with love and war. Sympathies are left with the characters, Mr & Mrs Machperson , as Connie remained as pure love of Jim and he remained as a brave soldier in the hearts of people of British. My heart stwisted in pain of sympathy. Hart's off to the author for his conclusion which no one could expect. I really enjoyed a lot.
