Fast-paced, energetic, flowing, rhythmic, romantic, contentious, perfectly reflective of where we are NOW, phenomenal lines, words, and rhymes -- (How did the actors LEARN all those lines AND sing them AND dance -- all at the same time???), fantastic choreography, movement, minimal stage set, powerful music. If you do not see it, you are truly missing an American phenomenon. My daughter and I were looking into getting tickets for a Miami performance here in March, just when Coronavirus was changing our lives, and the theater closed just before we were able to purchase tickets. So I am so grateful for this production and for Disney Plus for making it available for $6.99/month. I bought my subscription on July 3, the night it "opened," was without tv for two weeks in July due to lightening frying my tv and cable, and still I have managed to watch it 5 times so far. So powerful! And thank you Lin Manuel Miranda and cast and everyone involved in this production for probably the most magnificent performance/production of any Broadway show I have even seen!
