First, let me say that the thumbnail for this movie is VERY misleading. You see a picture like that and you think you are going to see something pretty badass and then you get the rug pulled out from under you when you watch it. Sadly, you can't put less than 1 star on a film. I'm all up for budget films, foreign films, and the like, but this was just not enough to hold my interest. It's supposed to be an alien invasion, pod-people kind of situation. The town loses the ability to communicate with the outside world after an alien spaceship crashed in the desert nearby and strange things start happening. The plot started out alright, but none of these actors gives an ounce of emotion towards the depth of the plot. Even when they find someone covered in blood it's just a "blah!" response. No panic, no sincerity, nothing! I watched 50% of this movie and still had no clue what was actually going on and any movie that takes more than 50% to build interest isn't worth the watch. If you want to give this movie a shot, I suggest you do shots beforehand, that's the only way that I am going to be able to sit through the rest of this.
