The book was very good at listing all the options available to us in every possible field of science and spiritual healing. At no point in time did the book pretend to give you medical advice but it has many links to interviews with medical professionals discussing the various approaches. While the book in itself is valuable, using some of the audio links to those interviews make it much more useful and can help you select which technique might work best for you.
