I've never seen a more predictable, cliche cash grab of a movie. To be fair, the movie's first half had promise and I was almost able to like it. Unfortunately the rest of the movie devolves into constant nostalgia baiting and eye-rolling action scenes. I was able to predict and count down to the key scenes in the movie with a near perfect record. I feel like anybody could have done a better job directing and producing this film, because at least then someone would take the time to write the script before they started filming. Did you even try to understand the source material? I can't believe Disney would have the balls to throw out the existing canon of Star Wars(Clone Wars TV show, hundreds of books, countless comic spinoffs, etc...) and then try to tell the audience that making this movie was a challenge because and I quote "There's no source material. We don't have comic books"(Kathleen Kennedy). Star Wars is dead and Disney killed it.
