Blake Tremain

Largely due to the cult following and rave reviews I have heard about this film, I was slightly disappointed. I feel the director could have put more emphasis in establishing the characters and their relationships more, rather than relying on big 80s visual effects and explosions to make the film interesting. The acting was mostly good though no performance really stood out to me. I really enjoyed the music and thought it added to the tension of the film, though these moments were few and far between. If you want to want a good 70s-80s sci-fi horror this is a pretty good pick but I would take Alien over this every day of the week.
