I took my two kids, 6-yo and 4-yo. They absolutely loved it. That fact and the incredible visuals were the only redeeming qualities of the movie. Everything else was somewhere between trash and dumpster fire.

This game, while fun, has a fundamental flaw in its power scaling. That flaw makes it near unplayable in groups. The power level of your drops is based on your current equipment, not on your level or the power level of the monsters you defeat. So while I had fun beating the initial game, it was with many frustrating moments and annoying game mechanics. Those mechanics also make it near impossible to play the game with my son, which is the whole reason I got it. So fun, but fundamentally flawed.

This game would have been amazing in the world of 6-7 years ago. Now, it's mostly mediocre, yet still fun in the same way all Diablo games are. If anything, I dislike the pacing a little bit more on this one than the previous titles.

Watched this with my 4 year old. Even after, in his words "a really long movie", it was hard to not watch again right afterward. Such a good movie! I'm fine with this being one we watch over and over again (as will likely happen when it comes out online).

I like Loki the character and actor, but the writing of this whole show is just awful.

How can you mess up a great story so badly...

The first episode was epic. The second was close to it. The third started slipping. The fourth had some of the worst dialogue I have ever witnessed. The acting matched the dialogue.
