Fell asleep two nights in a row trying to make it through this ill-conceived drivel before finally making it through the whole torturous movie on night 3, felt sorry for SJ. Sad superficial plot and screenplay fail to exploit any of the character’s extraordinary background, didn’t touch on her age or agelessness (she knew Logan and Cap during WWII), or her ruthless Russian training or any of the characters In her comic book universe. Instead the movie epically and cheesily fails trying to be a family sitcom with lame family jokes, and presents an utterly immemorable villain to be easily defeated because, after all, no one has ever heard of him let alone feared him, and he’s really just a mean old guy. I honestly already forgot the fat old man villain’s name and I only watched the movie a week ago. By far the worst official MCU movie ever, and yes, that includes Dr. Strange.
