The idea behind the movie was great. But the movie itself seemed unnatural and unnecessary. I watched the movie and was intrigued but then they started changing how he died. What was the point of that? And why did the movie end like that? What exactly changed for him to not be killed? The only thing I gathered from the movie is that white people are the problem. The movie should have actually been Tunde solving his death, why it happened. We should’ve seen him changing his actions in the crucial moments leading to his murder. The movie just seemed to fit a trend or narrative it wasn’t in any way beneficial to cause trying to achieve systemic equality for black people.
