Was really unsure at first as the acting/writing is a bit hit-and-miss in the early episodes. But RuPaul and Izzy G grow into their roles and the show quickly wins you over to become something very special indeed. The comedy is razor-sharp in places, and it makes you feel good in a Kimmy Schmidt kind of way. I can see why reviews have been mixed but it would be a travesty if Netflix didn’t renew this.
