I bought this game a few days after release and enjoyed playing it for the most part. When the game released, it was in a very poor and broken state. There were many issues with bugs, connectivity, and the overall communication between the community and the devs. At first I thought that the game was going to blow up and become the next Dead By Daylight, but I was very wrong. When you dedicate some time out of your day to play the game and realise that there is no real point of playing because there is no progression system, it starts to get boring very fast. The game has been out since December 2018 and there is still no new content for the game. The devs promised free killers and free maps in the upcoming DLCs but still have yet to release any of them. I just launched the game recently to try and get into a match after not playing for 2 months and I got no luck trying to find any other players to play with. Please DO NOT buy this game. Use your $30 somewhere else on a game such as "Hide Or Die" or "Dead By Daylight". The game is dead and it is pretty much the developers' fault because of the poor communication. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews on the game because most of them were written before the game died or they were written by some sort of die hard fan or developer.
