I've only watched the VIZ DUB, it is awesome! I totally recommend it! (I would rate it a PG movie, because it does not have swearing or adult situations.)

Pure nostalgic, you won't regret watching this.

*DO NOT LET KIDS WATCH THIS* (No spoilers) I watched the “Barbie” in theaters and it was good. I’ve seen better ones, though this movie had comedy. I am 14 years old, this film brought nostalgia. This movie is RATED PG-13 for a reason.. The movie has some VERY sexual language in small parts. *WORD SPOILERS MAYBE* The words of genitals are mentioned and one Barbie even says mother*fricker* with a bleep sound. Some things can be sexualized but comedic. So please if you don’t want kids knowing this stuff don’t let them watch it. Overall the movie was great.

*NO SPOILERS* DON’T LISTEN TO THOSE NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND JUST WATCH THIS MOVIE ALREADY! The movie gave me nostalgia of the original “The Little Mermaid” from 1989. I didn’t really notice a difference in personality from the og Ariel and the new Ariel. I don’t know what’s up with the negativity of others saying this movie sucked. This movie left me shook. Halle Bailey’s voice was absolutely beautiful. People also learn more about Prince Eric and Ariel. I feel like Prince Eric actually had feelings and a soul in this movie. We could understand and know Ariel more even though she couldn’t speak. The movie shows how their relationship develops. It wasn’t the best movie I’ve watched but it’s definitely worth the money. The reason I took a star off was because of the lighting. When it was night time or dark in the sea, it was difficult to see what was happening. I could hear what was going on but I had to kinda make out what I was seeing. The good thing was that this didn’t happen all the time. Overall, this movie is worth it. (I am a teenager :>)
