I believe Elsa's parents were going to Rapunzel's wedding but didn't make it. So they crashed on an island instead of dying.

I love Rapunzel as a Disney princess but I believe there is a connection between Elsa and Rapunzel. I believe Rapunzel will meet Elsa in Frozen 2. And the mysterious girl in frozen 2 will represent the fall. They will unite to for a magical crystal, like in the trailer of Frozen 2 there is a magical crystal that is hanging in the air.

This movie is so fantastic, I just love Disney princesses, I always wanted to go to Disney world. And wanted to see all of the Disney characters. My dream is to be a Disney film animator that will create more Disney princesses for kids to enjoy.
