Shar Dama Ka

Funny and powerful. It is a rare talent who can make me laugh through tears of pain. I cry through the last 15 minutes every time I watch it. The audience has no idea what is coming when Dave drops the big bomb on them. Their innocent ignorance combined with David’s passion that is clearly more genuine than just a performance is a rare human experience. This may be the greatest comedy special of all time. Not because it is the funniest, although it is certainly filled with laughs. But because it comes from a place so genuine, so heartfelt, that by the end of it, I feel more human from having watched it.
