Don't look up.....More like Don't look at the screen. Not even a star-studded cast, can save this mess of a screen play. Adam McKay tries to dig in his bag of tricks and comes out with nothing. Flat character development and terrible humor. Almost as if it's trying to be a bad disaster film. This just goes to show you can't dump a bunch of money in film to a screenplay that is so synthetic and forced. The unfortunate thing is that people thought this final product was ready. Leo's mid-western professor character almost is likeable and endearing, but everyone else is just so super flat. Christmas blockbuster that leaves audience with confusion and actors with the belief that they were in something that were in something worth wild.
