I think this movie wasted the strengths, the beauty and the acting capabilities of Jennifer Lopez. It was terribly directed. They could have done a lot more with it for example, they could have embellished/Express the romance, the high school drop out situation, the sadness of having to give your child away, poverty, the women’s inequality in this country and the lack of second chances. Sometimes even if you look for second chances, people in power refuses to bend the rules in favor of someone who deserves the second chance.
