Saw it. Found DVD at a thrift shop on the $1.00 shelf and I for one was not impressed by it.
It's an inchorent mess of random gore scenes that in all honesty are very subpar and cheaply done to where you can tell how fake the kills are and how cheap the special effects look. I could have done better kill scenes with a bottle of Karo corn syrup, red food coloring, and an android phone video camera. Also am very disappointed that veteran horror film actors such as Brinke Stevens was in this.
If Joe Castro was going for depravity along the lines of classic timeless low budget horror iconic films such as 2000 MANIACS (and any of the other classic low budget iconic gems by horror legend Herschel Gordon Lewis)or THE LAST HOUSE ON THE LEFT(the classic low budget drive in horror original from 1973), the disemboweling scene was done with condoms filled with smooth peanut butter and tied together with the blood being corn syrup & red food coloring and that looked way more realistic a death scene than any of the deaths in SUMMER OF MASSACRE).
