Just heard van jones this morning saying he never heard of third degree murder relating to Floyd death and he is an attorney. What a dumb misleading statement. He should know that third degree requires malice but a 1st degree charge requires premeditation and a specific intent to kill. These cNN commentators who are lawyers are terrible and seldom get it right. Send them packing. The public does not need ignorant misleading statements that do nothing but engender further unrest.
