This isn’t a game it’s a movie with a splash of gaming if they would have gotten rid of 90% of the fmv they could have given us the whole game at launch instead of only giving us Midgar. the whole time your playing feels like a tutorial. The gameplay feels like dynasty warriors just with final fantasy 7 skins. Also they packed new stuff in that makes no sense like the weapon upgrades making buying a new weapon almost pointless,giving FF7 a sphere grid was a stupid idea as well I mean why buy a new weapon when you can just stick with the buster sword the whole game it’s sad to see this mighty IP fall this low it actually hurts me to type this because I’ve played every FF game besides the mmos I grew up with this franchise it felt like a friend now it feels like that friend left for college and came back completely different.
