Everything we loved about the Sopranos is left out of the film. Between scenes that were meaningless there were glimpses of the characters we knew as family, but not enough to matter by far. Dickie was a dick, and the Newark riots through the eyes of the mafia crew was a speed bump with no commentary, just open mouths and attitudes without nuance, much like the entire film. 🤷♂️
