The film had potential in terms of story and actors but sloppy direction ruined the movie. Only escape was Abhishek Chaudhary. His acting is also loud but his role was good. Overall below average for me.

The scripting is superb! You will not even realize when you feel one with the protagonist. Its amazing that how you will get glued to the screen even after knowing what's coming. Amazing experience!!

Overall nice movie.. but somewhere in the movie Homosexual love story goes missing as Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan focuses zyada on family drama. The actors justified their roles esp. Ayushman and Jitendra. And also Gajraj Rao. 2 star to the movie and one extra star for the attempt as this will surely make way for many better movies on similar topic. Such films creates acceptance in the society and that's what movies can do.. It can narrate stories of things that we often avoid to bring up!
