It's weird and okay on a dull winter day when nothing else is on. Don't know what all the hoopla is about. Must be friends of Ben Stiller.

Brilliant cast. Terrific story ... except the ending. It's as if the writer didn't know where to go and took the budget route out of an otherwise excellent story. Kudos to Michelle Dockery. Brilliant performance.

The writing and set design is amazing (and as a writer and someone who was around in the Seventies, I know). Tom Holland is an incredible actor. So is the actress who plays Ariana. Tight directing too. Watch it and find yourself on the edge of your seat!

The mechanics (acting, directing, writing) are good but forgotten because the story is a non story. A selfish, self absorbed middle aged man becomes more uncommunicative with his frustrated wife of 29 years which causes the poor woman to become even more frustrated in her efforts to connect with him.

Soulless and predictable. Hoffman and Thompson have no chemistry and clearly did this awful film for the money.

Superb performances and hysterical writing. Catherine O'Hara. Fred Willard. Can't beat it for gut hurting laughs.

One of my all time favorite films. Beautiful scenes. Beautiful people. Excellent and realistic writing wrapped around a heart warming story that is based on true facts about the German occupation of Guernsey during WWII. Grab the popcorn and get ready for a treat.

Embarrassingly bad ... and weird. Don't waste your precious time on earth watching this drek.

A true classic. Evokes all the emotions associated with Christmastime as we learn the story of how Charles Dickens created this brilliant story, drawn from much of his real life experiences as a child. .

The BEST Preston Sturgess film. Great story. Fun and yet so touching. It is one of my "new" favorite Christmas movies. Take a trip back to America when things were calmer and simpler. Enjoy the cozy comfort of the Sargeant's farm. The sweetness of people with kindness in their hearts. You'll want to walk through the screen and join them as they sing around the piano and string popcorn for the Christmas tree. Lots of love in this film. Treat yourself, and bring the popcorn.
