The game has a refreshing design like rarely seen in the medium. While GRIS is only a 2d side-scrolling game, Sable plays in a 3rd-person perspective in a fully 3d world. It has a chill atmosphere, like in Breath of the Wild, but the gameplay is simple, minimal, unlike the complex possibilities in Breath of the Wild. Sable's world is large enough to feel adventurous, with several biomes to explore. Overall a good game deserving of its price.

At a time when "everything is already done and there's nothing new to discover, just to improve", one would be tempted to think it must've been impossible to create a timeless "triple-A open world RPG" when everything in it's description sounds like a multitude of tropes. Yet this is exactly what CDPR achieved with Witcher 3, they provided players with an experience for the ages, something that only got better with time, like a fine wine.
