This is a very interesting read. Who knew that an empty plate was so full of valuable information, thought provoking ideas and much needed advice.
Whether read in short bursts or all the way through. The book is packed full of knowledge from the ancients all way to cutting edge research. The authors speak as with one clear voice. Well done!
