Its a copy of Punjabi Masterpiece "Carry on Jatta" ( 2012 )....best comedy movie of all time... I think original is Far better than this... and it was also dubbed in hindi...

Movie based on the reality of Early 70s situation in our country, but nothing had changed in last 50 years... corruption, bureaucracy, unemployment, etc.... Students union amd street gangs fighting for their existence....nothing had changed in India and no hope for future....brilliant movie
