Imagine going to car dealership and buying a brand new car at full price. They hand you the keys and you go to drive it off the lot, but the car doesn't start. You go inside and ask for a refund or a solution, they tell you since you have sat in it for 2 hours you cannot refund nor get a different car. After several attempts you still cannot get the car to start. You go back in to say this is not right, so they go outside and they fill up the tires to proper air pressure and go back in side. You still cannot get off the lot and they are starting to complain saying you are unreasonable and expect too much. Now your distraught and say they are horrible people because they ripped you off. In 30 minutes the head honcho comes outside to tell you that you need to either leave the establishment or they will have the police remove you for trespassing. That is how i feel with my battlefield 2042 purchase. I bought a broken product and expect it to be fixed, but instead the company is telling me i am unreasonable.
