This was the dumbest movie. So, there's a civil war raging in America. Why? we are never informed. There's a Western Alliance, an unlikely combination of California and Texas, who are the principal opponent of the United States. Why? We are never informed. There's a Florida something or other and they are also in rebellion. Why? We are never informed. We run across various skirmishes and battles and it's not clear nor mentioned who is fighting whom. Would the photographs that the main characters took be published in color or black and white? Not clear. A garbage pail of a movie.

I was totally in love with this program for most of the series. ButI got tired of having a strong identification with a bunch of hostage-takers. In the end they were no better than the banksters they claimed to oppose. Also, the idea that the heist was a revolutionary act was only weakly explored, which subverted my sense of empathy with the robbers.
