I am so glad I discovered this show. It was a Sunday afternoon punt to be fair. I fancied some Anchorman stlye, no-brainer, tomfoolery. I mean the premise sounds ridiculous, right?... What I got was one of the most heart-warming, endearing and hilariously funny programmes I have seen, bar-none. What I appreciate the most though is the intelligent, understated writing that grabs you in the most compellingly covert way. This is smartly written stuff. The acting is superb. And how on this earth is it that I 'love' every single character?? Honestly, I can't wait to see what is happening in every sequence! Yep, I'm a total fan-boy. 5 genuine stars from me all the way.
