Four stars for the first 4 seasons. I settled on just not giving a star for the 5th season instead of removing another star.
As a fan of the novels I was appalled at the poor transitions from the novels to the Netflix, sorry Wokeflix approved TV script. Women in film do not obtain validity by acting like men. Men, especially men 1000 yrs ago did not cry and mewl like babies. Season 5 was a disaster. Cornwell knew Uhtred and the times he lived in trust his story.

Mackie and Kinnaman went to the same acting school. No wait they never went to acting school. Plot is vacant, lazy and full of glaring holes. Especially the second season, which is an absolute mess when compared to the first season. Yuk!
