Heidi is an Anime which was aired in English and Hindi in India in the mid Nineties. It has been created by many famous animators from Japan, including Hayao Miyazaki. Many of Miyazaki’s works have been translated to English, but Cartoon Network India is the only creator which dubbed the cartoon in English. Many Indian people who were children at the time have fond memories of the cartoon as it reminds them of their childhood. Many people of that demographic now have young children of their own and would want a cute series which they relate to and could watch with their children. As the popularity and user base of Netflix is increasing in India, it is in a unique position to air the TV series after aquiring the rights of the series from CN India. I request Netflix to try to get the rights of the English dubbed version of the series Heidi: Girl of the Alps from CN India and air it Worldwide.
