I humbly request the one's professing the film to be tarnishing Indian army and labelling the Kashmiris bigoted, to please refer to the kashmir conflict page in Wikipedia and do go through the human rights abuse section.I could've literally schooled you all on this issue but since it's not possible to assert all the details, I'll just describe it in a nutshell. So firstly kashmir was a princely state and never a part of India but when the pashtun tribesmen attacked the territory it seeked help from India. After which India deployed it's troops and wanted to acquire kashmir. The issue went to the UN as both pak and india were after kashmir and UN ordered for a plebiscite which was rejected by Nehru. But since the locals didn't want to be a part of India, they revolted and the army commenced a series of onslaughts on them. So they are freedom fighters and not terrorists. It's a matter of perception. For instance Bhagat Singh was a freedom fighter for us but a terrorist for the Britishers. You may also refer to the massacres and the famous kunan poshpora rape incident to comprehend the atrocities committed by the military on the civilians. Stop watching zee news, republic, aaj tak etc and get the facts verified by Wikipedia or any authentic sources if you are really interested to seek the truth. As far as the movie is concerned it actually depicts the reality to some extent which definitely can't be accepted by the illiterate audience. But I'm really proud of the one who came up with this idea of exposing the reality.
